Package 2: Activate
What you get:
4 hours of PD – workshops and/or tailored coaching and mentoring
What you can expect:
At the Activate level, one of our expert consultants will support you/your team to put into practice the learnings of your chosen topic area. You/your team will reflect on current ways of working and develop new practices that all staff can implement consistently across your programs.
Price:
The Activate package starts from $1099 + GST for your team or service (member price)

Package 3: Embed
What you get:
8 hours of PD – workshops and/or tailored coaching and mentoring
What you can expect:
So you’ve sent your team to PD and spent time putting what you’ve learnt into practice, but it doesn’t seem to stick? Or maybe you’re looking to level up and achieve some big leadership or management goals?
At the Embed level, one of our expert consultants will work with you or your staff team over a period of time to make sure new skills and practice in your chosen topic area are here to stay.
An It Takes A Village consultant will support you/your team to embed critical reflection in your program and create an action plan for improvement, which you can include in your Quality Improvement Plan.
