Gain essential skills and knowledge to support a mentally healthy and safe workplace. You’ll learn to recognise psychosocial hazards, understand what they are and how they arise in the work environment, as well as spot the early warning signs of stress, fatigue and potentially negative psychological responses. This session explains how to report psychosocial hazards and how you can respond appropriately and confidently. We also cover healthy workplace behaviours, and responsibilities under the relevant laws and regulations.

2 hours of PD – workshop

- Psychosocial hazards and how to recognise them
- Early warning signs of stress, fatigue or negative psychological responses
- Reporting psychosocial hazards and incidents, and what happens after reporting
- Workplace behaviours including the code of conduct, conflict resolution and communication
- Your responsibilities in relation to the law and Regulations
Package 2: Activate
4 hours of PD – workshops and/or tailored coaching and mentoring

- Participate in a team discussion to unpack psychosocial hazards in the workplace and work through a risk assessment
- Learn strategies to navigate challenging conversations to build psychological safety
Package 3: Embed
8 hours of PD – workshops and/or tailored coaching and mentoring
