Staff working for sixty-five childcare employers across the country – including the nation’s largest private provider – are seeking to strike a new joint agreement with a hefty increase in pay.  

This deal would involve mainly smaller providers working under the umbrella of peak bodies, Australian Childcare Alliance, It Takes A Village (formerly Community Child Care Association) and Community Early Learning Australia.
