Director network 2026
Looking for opportunities to connect with other directors of education and care services?
Apply to join our dedicated forum for education and care directors and assistant directors from services across Victoria.
Collaborate, share high-quality practice and build community with like-minded leaders. Plus, informative presentations, guided discussions and critical reflection to support you in your role.
Eligibility:
This network is open to early childhood and OSHC directors and assistant directors from Victoria-based services. Applicants must be from an It Takes A Village (ITAV) member service.
Cost: $479 per person.
Includes:
2 in-person meetings + a ticket to the 2026 Leadership conference.

Educational leader network
We were proud to welcome educational leaders from services across Victoria for the inaugural 2026 Educational leader network meeting on Friday 27 February at the It Takes A Village office.
The Educational leader network provides a dedicated space for participants to strengthen their leadership capabilities and confidence at bi-monthly meetings throughout the year.
