Managing a service: For coordinators and directors

Professional development early childhood and OSHC

Are you in your first coordinator or director role? Or maybe you’ve been in the role for a while, but want some additional training to better manage your roles and responsibilities? Either way, we’ve got you covered. You will be equipped with the knowledge, skills and resources you need to deliver a high quality service. Our packages are also suitable for 2ICs who may need to step up when directors are on leave.

What early childhood and OSHC services are saying

[Our coach] helped me feel at ease and on top of things. Sometimes all she would need to do was look over all the changes I had made since her last visit and give me the thumbs up.
