As a valued supporter of It Takes A Village, you’re invited to join our 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
We will have two special member presentations, along with several important reports and organisational updates including:
Special presentation: Windsor Community Children’s Centre on their fight to save the service
Windsor Community Children’s Centre (WCCC) is almost at the finish line after a lengthy campaign to save their community service.
Sophie Jamieson, Volunteer Campaign Manager, Save WCCC Working group, along with Sam Vale, WCCC Director, and Romi Goldschlager, parent and Save WCCC Volunteer will share the lessons they’ve learnt along the way.
‘As we’re wrapping things up, we’re starting to think about how we can give something back to the sector. We’ve learnt an enormous amount over the last 2 and a half years, not just about campaigning, but about the pressures facing community managed services and how easily an established not for profit can find itself in this position.’
– Sophie Jamieson
Special presentation: Children talk: OSHC listens!
A video by Merri Creek Primary School OSHC
Hear directly from the children of Merri Creek Primary School OSHC who showcase how an OSHC service can use children’s voices to support program planning. Don’t miss this hilarious, fun and impactful video from one of the most popular sessions at our 2026 OSHC Conference!
